we started lifting in high school for team sports, mostly getting in the weight room before and after practice, and never stopped.

somewhere along the way we tried every workout app out there. most of them feel like spreadsheets. dated ui, a million taps to log a single set, and none of them actually tell you what to do. they assume you already have a plan and just need somewhere to write it down.

we think there's an opportunity to change that. arc is the app we wish we had when we started.

what is arc fitness?

arc fitness is a free ios workout app for people who are new to the gym. we build you a push/pull/legs strength training plan based on your equipment, available days, and experience level. at the gym, arc tells you what to do each session: which exercise is next, how many sets and reps, and when you're ready to add weight. we handle the programming so you can focus on showing up.
